I try to take them all for different reasons, aerobic, strength building, core development, balance & stretching which allows me to get into those nooks and crannies where tightness, aches and pains are issues. All of the instructors I've had are great. Kaitlyn, the front of the house personality, is informative, supportive, kind and absolutely adorable. I can't express how much better I feel since joining and getting with the program. Highly recommend!
