  I have had a great experience with Care! My therapist Sabina is always on time, present and supportive. Her office is welcoming and comfortable. She’s helped me through a big transition and never makes me feel judged or shamed. They send lots of reminders and make it easy to adjust your appointments if needed. Parking is easy and stress free and the waiting room is cozy. If I had one negative it’s that’s the front desk staff are not very friendly.

  My biggest frustration with CARE is the scheduling. It's a nightmare. You're told to go to the portal to change appointments, etc... but there is no where on the portal to do so. You can't even see your upcoming appointments on the portal, let alone adjust them. So, you have to call. I've been on hold for 20 minutes before only to be told to leave a message as no one is available. The last time I was able to speak to someone to look at appointments, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to make sure that upcoming appts were scheduled as needed, especially around the holidays and into the new year. My child's appointment was scheduled for last night at 5pm. We waited for awhile, tried to call, left a message, and weren't able to find anyone so finally left at 5:20pm. I then received a call from the therapist who said his appt must have been removed from her calendar, and she apologized. I then asked to verify his upcoming appointments (and the changes I had made previously) and was told that this was not what she had on her calendar. She proceeded to explain that she didn't have all of her appointments for the new year on her calendar, so the slot that I had booked my child in maybe looked like it was available to scheduling, but it really wasn't, and now she's going to see what she can do - so the time I spent trying to get these moved around was completely pointless. The kicker is that I wouldn't have even known that these appts were even changed without her no-showing our appointment. There is no communication when they change this on their end. I am at a loss. It shouldn't be this hard.

  I never made an appointment. They scheduled an appointment without my consent. Be careful of this company. Seems like a scam to the bill your insurance.

  Need significant help with admin team. Spent time reviewing bios and selecting a therapist and scheduled appointment. Got a text notification they changed my provider and chose a random therapist who had time available without even looking at my preferences or needs. Have called three times back and left messages asking for help to get the right provider and appointment scheduled and they haven’t returned calls or bothered to help. Suggest new patients go elsewhere for therapy if this is the way they handle intake.
