As a Spanish woman spending a winter in Minnesota, this space was my safe, warm, and grounding place. My favorite spot to move my body, breathe, and take care of myself. Every class felt intentional, welcoming, and deeply nourishing, both physically and emotionally. The instructors and the whole team are absolutely wonderful — kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. You can really feel the sense of community they create from the moment you walk in. I’m incredibly grateful for everything barre3 gave me during my time here, and I leave with so much love for this place. If you’re looking for a studio that feels like home, this is it.
