  Not open during posted hours. Hours on phone on-hold don’t match posted hours at store. It is Thursday at 5:30pm, where are you? Have had great experience in past. What’s going on?

  Women especially older women, be extremely cautious making an appointment with certain eye Doctors. The Doctor I saw was so unpleasant, I had to walk out. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  I had an eye exam and bought 2 pairs of glasses. My experience was fantastic. Jonaya helped me with the glasses and was very nice, helpful, and patient while I looked for the right frames. When I picked them up she adjusted them to fit perfectly. Overall, I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Lee. I will definitely go back there and will have my family go as well.

  I should have read the reviews of this location before interacting with them again. I had a wonderful no issue experience with them in person in 2024. Via phone calls, this company is basically nonoperational. I had worked through Wallerich Eye Care - which I understand is a separate entity of Target, and got a prescription update and ordered contacts with no issues - LAST YEAR. Now, I needed to reorder my contacts and have been forced to begin wearing my glasses again which are not up to date and inhibit my required daily work and other activities, hence the desire for contacts. I called Target Optical to order new ones, figuring a month in advance would be more than enough time to receive new ones. I mistakenly called the Eden Prairie location which I am not geographically close to, so now I am dealing with that as well. I called July 2nd and ordered a full-year supply of monthly contacts, provided my credit card info, they have my insurance information on file and we were good to go! I was in the midst of moving, so I understand the hiccup there. Regardless, I called back multiple times and almost never got someone on the phone. When I did, the staff member was completely incapable. "I'll get back to you" , "I'll have to ask someone how to do that". If I had to ask someone how to do my job at my literal job I wouldn't have a job. I understand if you are new and training, but since I have been waiting over a month now for these, I would hope the priority would be to get a colleague or manager who does know while I'm on the phone waiting. I was told I would be called back the same day last week and never was. My address has been figured out and I was informed of expedited 2 day shipping to remedy the issue. Still nothing in the mailbox. I plan to never work with Target Optical every again after I finally get these in my hands. Would recommend anywhere but here.
