StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Eden Prairie offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

They have very systematic way of introducing newbies to stretching. The flexologists maintain records about the customers and that helps to continue your stretching with another flexologist, if necessary. The hours of operation is convenient. It’s nice that they are open on Saturdays as well. I had soreness after strength training and the stretching helped me feel better and recover soon.

He also gives me tips for things I can do at home. It's taking my health to a whole new level. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I met the owner and he is super cool. I would absolutely recommend going here to feel better physically. It's also a very relaxing experience.
