I really appreciated the non judgemental environment. 10/10 I would recommend this to a friend. 0/10 would I recommend having Godavari Indian Restaurant within 40 minutes of a class.

I have gained more strength, better posture and flexibility since joining Club Pilates. There are some exercises I can’t accomplish quite yet due to my condition but there are always different ways to accommodate my needs. I go to Eden Prairie Club Pilates and always take Joy’s classes. She is amazing and is very helpful to me in dealing with some of my challenges. I would highly recommend signing up and taking Joy’s classes. Penny Hestad
