I called the store before our arrival and it was Kelly that provided perfect parking and navigation instructions to the store in the mall to minimize exertion accessibly issues. The gentleman clerk that initially greeted my mom and guided her with excellent skills, and the finishing touches by Kelly, prompted me to share my experience, recommendation, and review of the staff and this Lens Crafters location.
