  I am 49. I went to this clinic for the first time in April of 2025 because of a change in health insurance. It was my 10th mammogram. It was the first time I've ever had to come back for a 2nd mammogram and an ultrasound. The person doing the imaging did not compress by breast enough the first time around. I went to this clinic because my health insurance, Medica, said it was covered under my plan. But, because The Breast Center bills under the umbrella of Midwest Radiology Suburban Imaging, Medica refused to cover it. If they had performed the mammogram correctly the first time I would only owe $566.00 and I wouldn't be as irate as I am. Because of their incompetence, having to come back for a 2nd mammogram and ultrasound, I had to pay $1,477.00. They were zero help with Medica. They would not contact them saying the yes, The Breast Center and Midwest Radiology Suburban Imaging are the same place. Do not go here.

  Spent a week trying to get an MRI scheduled with these people. Finally contacted another facility where scheduling was a breeze. Won't be trying to schedule with Midwest Radiology again.

  Midwest Radiology is a great place to go for procedures, from the staff to the front office people. I had been over billed in error from my insurance company after going to a different location. I had called MR with my concern, and after only 2 phone calls (just a follow up), my concern was addressed and handled quickly and professionally. The 2 people I spoke with were outstanding in dealing with my insurance company on my behalf and making things right. Midwest Radiology does indeed put the patient first! Thank you Midwest Radiology!
