- HVH. V.Nov 20, 20251.0This place is terrible. We have had 8+ appointments here just to help my daughter get an updated prescription for contacts and to try out new glasses. First the contacts were more blurry than her old prescription so without even looking at her eyes, the Dr adjusted the prescription and ordered a different brand of contacts. Then we ordered glasses but they gave my daughter severe migraine headache and dizziness the second she put them on. She was told to wear them non stop for an entire weekend to try and get adjusted to them. How can she possibly endure that much pain? Something was off. We got the. New contacts after another appointment and yet again, still blurry. Surprise surprise. So we now needed to schedule yet another appointment for a new contact adjustment and glasses adjustment. We wish we could just get a refund on the $300 glasses but you can't return them. Seems like we are being scammed into coming in over and over and over again. I've never been to an eye Dr that can't get a simple prescription correct after one let alone multiple visits.
