On my first visit, no one greeted me or offered to help. At other optical shops — even other Target Optical locations — the staff are friendly, help you pick out frames, and give honest opinions. I got so frustrated by the lack of service that I left and came back the next day. The person working then was a little different but still not very helpful or friendly. When I came to pick up my glasses, the same person from my first visit helped me and once again barely said a word. I even purchased the warranty, so you’d think I’d at least get some lens cleaner or wipes — but nothing. I definitely won’t be returning to this location and will go somewhere that treats customers with more respect and care

Very confused why it took five days for a Target optical to send a prescription to Target optical.com. so I called and I was told that it wasn't their fault they had two staff members and I was going to have to wait. I call customer service and told him to be sent a form to fill out to complain so I fill out the form and I've never heard back from anyone. Now I get the glasses and I can't see anything so I have to go back to the exact same store that treated me like crap the first time.
