  Just left Target Optical in Champlin. Terrible customer service. My wife and I were in a couple weeks ago and both got glasses, my frames were pretty new so we sent them in to have lenses installed. I told them I had another set of frames that were identical to the ones I had them do. They said just bring them in and we will send them in. I went in today and they said they are no longer doing frames they dont sell. I spent nearly $700 on glasses for my wife and and now I cant get a spare pair . Really lousy way to do business. Danielle the manager asked me not to mention it was the Target Optical in Champlin, I guess I am as helpful and care as much as she did. Save your money and frustration ! She also asked for my name for her manager when I said I would write a negative review. Kind of a back door attempt at intimidation, I made sure to write down my phone number as well.

  Fixed my glasses by putting a very small screw back in. Took her about 30 seconds I tried for two hours. And did it for free.

  My screw fell out of my eyeglasses, so I stopped at Target on Saturday afternoon (1/24). I did not buy glasses there, so I asked if they fixed glasses not purchased there. The young lady said yes, and took her time to find a screw that fit & held my lens in place. She was pleasant & helpful, and I was very thankful.

  My eye exam was quick but thorough. Everyone was nice and helpful as well. They helped me pick and decide on a pair of glasses that look great on me and I really like, too!

  It was quick and easy to get annual eye exam here! Doctor is very nice and informative. I was able to order contact lenses same day. Great service! And no dilation just picture with advanced machine.
