I drove 35 minutes to purchase the Ray Ban Meta glasses, cash in hand. The Optical department was closed. The note on the closed gate said they would not be back for another hour and 40 minutes, and according to other customers there, had been closed for some time. The Target floor manager advised that they were separate from the store. I was expecting to pay about $700 for the glasses with my prescription, but a different store will get my business now. You really should not post incorrect hours, and a 2 hour lunch break to shut down is absolutely ridiculous, especially if it’s not listed on your website or phone recording when calling there.
