- JVJ VAug 6, 20255.0I have been coming to see Dr.Good and a therapist at her practice for over 2 years. In that time I have had the most help and encouragement i have ever had in my life from any other provider. Dr.Good and her team took the time to truly get to know me and understand and decipher what exactly I was struggling with and got me on an action plan that has gotten me to where I am today. I can in with deep childhood trauma,PTSD, Anxiety ,and pretty deep continuous(for years) depression. To be honest I was at my wits end and was barely a functional adult with all of the components or my mental health problems. It was the collaboration with Dr.Good and her staff that has kept me on the path towards recovery and ultimately some inner peace. I cannot express my gratitude enough of how instrumental her and her team have been in my journey of healing old wounds, learning healthy coping strategies and being on the proper medication has helped me in my life and my mental health. It has truly changed for the better and I would encourage anyone struggling with mental health to please reach out. It just may be the first step in your own journey of healing
