  Sherri at Corner Home medical at the Cambridge MN location is absolutely amazing. I had called up there about getting a knee scooter for my aunt. After the Buffalo MN location didn't know what they were doing and were rude. I explained to Sherri what my aunt needed and what the situation was, she had everything ready when I got there. Absolutely excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. She showed us how the knee scooter worked and made sure before we left that we understood how it folded up etc.... if my family needs medical supplies or anything medical equipment related we will using the cambridge location. Thank you Sherri for the excellent customer service and making things happen on a very very short notice for us

  Recently my husband was diagnosed with sleep apnea & I knew I wanted to work with Corner Home Medical in Cambridge. Sherri the CSR was so pleasant & helpful to make sure all the paperwork was received. Then Jane the Cpap tech went over everything about using the machine & care for it. My husband wasn’t sure which head gear he wanted so she allowed us to try both for the weekend. We’ve just started the process but I’m praying for great results. Thank you Corner Home Medical. Always feel well informed when I leave your business.

  I had surgery and my husband went and bought a pillow, cover and belly band. It was a nice thought but not something I wanted for $117. It said right on the receipt returns accepted within 15 days. Went to bring it back and the girl at the desk was very very rude. Tried to refuse all of it. Eventually took back the pillow and cover but would not take back the belly band. I didn’t open it. The box was not taped shut when I got it. I never touched it! It was $52 and she refused the return! I will never step foot in that store again!!!

  These are the worst people to deal with my doctor sent over my prescription and two months later they finally approved Cpap supplies with the prescription it was noted that I required large headgear still got the small headgear and no large also requested large chin strap when that finally came it was some nasty thing that was homemade would not stay on chin so I called customer service and the gal I talked to was rude and said someone would call me back about it three months later and still no response don’t know how they got 5 star reviews they obviously have coworkers and relatives giving them reviews now that I have talked others that have used them have said the same things about them
