Every step was friendly and professional. What a difference these hearing aids have made. I can hear whispered conversations, hear my wife from across the room, maintain conversations in noisy rooms, and as a musician am singing better now that I hear better. The follow-ups for fine-tuning are greatly appreciated. Outstanding product and service.

My mom was deaf in one ear. Brian fixed so she can hear both ears, he sure gave her a miracle ear!! I know if someone I need needs an hearing aid, I will send them to Brian. He is the best!
