- CPCody PowellJan 23, 20261.0The doc was great! The sales person I worked with was not I wasn’t measured, consulted, treated like I mattered. They seemed only concerned with getting me out the door and collecting my money. Sure, they used my 9 year old measurements and order and I have no faith that my new glasses will fit correctly. At 43 years old, my age and weight has changed dramatically. I’ve worn the same brand of glasses (silhouettes) since I was in 9th or 10th grade. This is the first time I’m convinced my insurance money was wasted. Given that Luxottica owns (almost) the entire eyewear market, I don’t expect changes based on my feedback. Yeah, my experience was bad and you don’t care. You’re a huge conglomerate making billions. sure, the sales person might be tracked back to my experience and they are overworked and underpaid. I don’t blame them - the problem is the company. It forgets humans exist and places profit, and thru-put over actual patients. I don’t blame the sales person, they are doing their best. I blame the company for putting them in a position where the pay sucks and kissing the ring of Luxottica is required.

Gina was friendly, efficient and so helpful in the entire process from placing the order through making the minor fitting adjustments when we picked up our glasses. This was the third time I have bought glasses here over the past 6 years and each time I have had a great experience!
