When she arrived 10 days prior to the ceremony we discovered that her right hearing aid was not working. Kim saw us the next day and discovered that when that hearing aid had its battery replaced it was never programmed, so it wasn't working. Kim couldn't program the aid without a hearing test and she couldn't access my mother's hearing tests back in Connecticut. She scheduled us for a test a few days later and administered the most extensive hearing test she's ever had! The aid was then programmed and it worked better than it had ever worked before, all in time for her to hear her grandson's wedding. All this was done without charge!! She is a top, top, top professional, highest rating! So good that my mother wants to fly here every time she needs an appointment.
