Sheryl did an excellent job. I came in thinking about buying a pair of frames and ended up buying 2 frames with progressive lenses! She is a great saleswoman and has a great personality to boot.

I would give my optometrist a great 5 review and their back end staff but I am doing and overall three due to the front end staff. I am in my 40s and this is my first experience with glasses so a bit unsure of everything. The gentleman who helped me was not very helpful at all and just seemed to just get my info in their iPad. I picked out some lenses and explained what I was looking for and he never helped or helped me when trying on my glasses to see if they look right. Come to pick up day and they were busy so had to wait and that was fine. She found my glasses just had me put them on to see if good fit and then done with me. No instructions on how to use, clean or how a progressive lens works. Not sure I will be coming back to that Lens Crafters and may take my prescription so where else.

Poor customer service. Will not be back. Received new glasses just fine, but they did not provide me with an adjustment when I picked them up. Felt rushed out the door. Went back for new pads and adjustment and there was only 1 tech working with difficult customer. Tech proceeded to leave store after becoming frustrated with situation. Left and went to a different optical shop.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
