The receptionist was very kind, and all of the staff, including the hygienist and Dr. Elmi were friendly and gentle, especially after learning that I feel anxious about dental visits. However, my cleaning felt very rushed. I mentioned multiple times that I could feel tartar on some of my teeth, but after checking, I was told there was nothing there. Unfortunately, I can still see and feel tartar when I look in the mirror, which makes me believe my teeth were not cleaned properly. It has been quite uncomfortable, and I now need to see another dentist for a proper cleaning. I was also advised that one of my teeth needed a crown, but given my experience with the cleaning, I’m relieved that I did not proceed with that treatment at this clinic.

Dr. Hidaya was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made sure I was well taken care of and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend Dr. Hidaya and the team to anyone looking for a great dentist!
