Stellis Health Urgent Care provides prompt care, when you need it most. Due to high demand and staff shortages, Urgent Care will be by appointment only effective October 4, 2021. For availability and scheduling, call 763-684-3696. Available at our Buffalo and Monticello locations, our Urgent Care is for adults and children over two months of age. It is not designed for follow-up appointments, chronic conditions or pregnancy-related concerns.
We also offer online e-visits for established Stellis Health patients and limited same-day appointments on weekdays both clinic locations.
