  I haven't been to this place in a year(Since we went in and cancelled our membership). I called because I found out that I still have a membership that was supposed to have been canceled and somehow a second membership as well.. I called and spoke with a young lady who really just at the time made me feel like she was being helpful. She was supposed to be speaking with the manager and this just turned into a whole two week situation of back and forth trying to get things situated and the end result was her telling me that I couldn't even freeze my account because there is this huge balance on there that has to be paid. I'm like I would even go to the gym if I could get some of this taken off. Both accounts have an almost $300 balance... I'm told that I have to now pay for something that should have been canceled already and the second mysterious account as well.... Absolutely insane. Just for me to go online and play around with the site myself because I'm furious and find out that I'm able to freeze the account. The scam of it all is crazy. For the owner that decided to respond I came up there and canceled in person. I was considering opening up a membership and that's when I found out that the account had never even been closed and that a second one was opened which is what prompted me to finally call and that's when I figured out that the account had never even been canceled like it was supposed to. I just figured out how to put a freeze on the account because the person that I spoke to told me that I couldn't even do that! and that I had to pay this $300 bill, not for one account but both of them before they could freeze it or cancel it. Again rip off!

  Best value for the money, I start my workout with a hydro massage and end it with a chair massage 👍🏻😎

  I really love my gym! The staff have been really helpful the whole time I've been here. Feng is someone who's been here, I think, the whole time I've been here. He works really hard cleaning and just being there for the customers. The other staff are also really good. I appreciate having a place to come where I feel like they do what they say they do. I do feel like everyone is welcome. Thank you!

  I will say i've been uncomfortable here.A few times with the employees trying to get my number or take me out. But otherwise, I really like the atmosphere and the equipment.
