She not only found the item (one in the store) but advised she could order it for me, have it shipped directly to my home AND it was a BOGO half off!!! I was so thankful to her-she did not have to go out of her way to offer the on-line order placement with the discount. Next is WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service that I have not seen since the 80's; a HAND WRITTEN NOTE OF THANKS and CARING arrived in the mail!!!
