Always count on clear answers and personal attention. Our commitment will still be going strong long after you leave with your new pair of glasses or updated lenses. We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

    I want to give them NO STARS I wasn’t even going to write this review because I understand that working in customer service means not every day will be a good day. But this Pearle Vision location is trash. The way customers are treated here is unacceptable, especially when it feels like they assume people only come here because they’re using state insurance. My first bad experience was on New Year’s Eve. I came in 45 minutes before closing to purchase Meta glasses which means I was literally coming in to spend money there. The woman at the front desk, who is also another employees wife, had a terrible attitude. I was later told she was upset with her husband, and that’s why her demeanor was off. Regardless of the reason, customers shouldn’t have to deal with that. The second bad experience happened when I came to pick up my glasses. The staff seemed completely unorganized and uninformed. I walked in and the person at the front desk was eating food, then asked me if I had been helped as if I was just standing there for fun. Meta should know that the staff here does not know anything about their products, which is a bad representation of both Meta and Minnesota state insurance providers. The overall attitude toward customers makes you feel like you’re a nobody. Also, stop putting the only Black employee in positions to smooth things over when issues happen. That’s not fair to them, and it doesn’t fix the real problem. 0/10 experience. My kids and I will not be returning.

    The receptionists at the front desk have always been welcoming and helpful when I go in. Dr. Augdahl is the best! I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade just for him! He’s so nice and knowledgeable.
