I called in asking for information about laser surgery I was excited to set up a consultation because it was in my hometown of Bloomington as well. She sounded irritated to even answer any questions about the treatment, She also asked me if I wanted other dentists numbers, which is so strange why would you not want patients to receive treatment at your office? Gladly find a different place.

About 2 months later I get a bill and I called and got a "ok let me see what I can do" and I recieve a call back "ok we adjusted your bill to this much and we will rebill you, I AGREED. I recieved a bill a little over a week ago and was going to write a check until I get about 100 phone calls from a collection agency threating me, I then explained and they hung up. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. HOW DO YOU CALL SOMEONE 4 WEEKS AGO SEND THEM A BILL AND WITHIN A WEEK SEND TO COLLECTIONS. THE BEST IS THE VOICEMAILS AND THE CALL LOG SNAP SHOTS FROM THERE BUSINESS WITHIN THE 4 WEEKS. I will pursue this. Thanks and have a nice day!
