The whole process has left me lacking trust in the care that I'm receiving from Warby Parker. There were several issues with the AI exam and on top of that even more difficulties for staff trying to get the telahealth doctor on where they had to remote in tech support. Definitely get your eye exam somewhere else. Let me be abundantly clear the staff at this location are absolutely amazing and were apologizing left and right. I genuinely feel bad for them as it's clear they are just following top down orders from corporate. The staff here are genuinely trying their best to work with half-baked technology solutions.
