- CCCareSep 13, 20251.0worst customer service I've ever gotten at a planet fitness, waited over 20 mins at the desk and the guy finally strolls out of the back. multiple other people waiting, who just gave up, I understand it's night time, but he was in the back, and I could hear the hydromassage beds running. and then I ask what tanning beds this location has a available, as most planet fitness locations have a mixture of stand-ups lag downs, hybrids, and some have high level beds also. he said ma'am you're going too far with it, I have stand ups and I have lay downs. in the most condescending tone, just pissed off I dared ask him a question and make him do his job for 1 minute. disheartening that this is one of the only 24/7 locations. I'll make the drive to St Paul or Roseville next time.
