  My sister has been trying to find dental work for three business days now, and we've had the worst luck with all sorts of clinics. We either are not in network or are roped in for a consultation wasting time with similar results. This dental Care clinic was not in our Network as well, but the difference is they took the time to suggest areas that may work. I took an extra time to help because I believe they care. Out of 10 clinics I've spoken with, this is the first where I walked away feeling good.

  The appointment was handled professionally and I have no doubt he's a great dentist but I think their marketing is misleading. I took them up on their great deal for an initial "exam & xrays" not realizing that a dentist would have an appointment that did not include "cleaning." I've since discovered that exact words are important. So I paid $80 to not even have my teeth cleaned. I know now that they do a diagnostic appointment first which is a fine strategy if you explain that to your patients before they commit to paying. I would have had to schedule another appointment and spend another $80 to actually have my teeth cleaned. No thanks I will go elsewhere.

  I recently returned to Minnesota after being gone for 25 years. I have had excellent dental care from four different states. Dr Bachman was recommended to us and I could not be more pleased. Dr Mark Bachman is at the top of his field. His expertise in CEREC crowns and bridges is amazing. Don't be taken back by the strip mall setting and prices that are a little higher. You will not find a more skilled and competent dentist with a top flight staff and team. This is 21st century dentistry at its best.
