  Intake nurse was awful! Treated me with 0 respect! First day I left with a fever! They took my temp and sent me on my way!

  Your policies are in need of immediate review. A man fell leaving your clinic today and the staff refused to leave the building. They left him laying on the ice in the middle of the parking lot. They wouldn’t bring any salt, they simply called and for an ambulance and left him unattended on the ground. A few strangers moved him out of the middle of the road and eventually got him in his car. This is not ok. If one of your patients is in need of help, your staff should know it’s ok to break the rules and help. Review and replace the policy that allowed this to happen immediately.
