The instructors are very knowledgeable. Before I joined, I had recently broke my leg and was unable to walk Without using a walker for almost a year. Pilates has taken away the limp that I used to have. Since I’ve joined Pilates, I Now have an unlimited membership so I tried to go at least four times a week. I am no longer stiff like I used to be when I was not exercising.

They explain the moves and transitions and know their stuff! (I currently go in the daytime so am not too familiar with the other instructors.) Thank you for being an easy club to be a part of!
