  Unprofessional. Does not communicate properly about contract details when they’ve changed or updated, does not send copies of contracts when asked, the membership supervisor is very condescending and judgmental when it comes to trying to cancel due to personal reasons. They assume you can’t afford the membership and assume “if you aren’t going to use the membership and program with us, what makes you think you’ll do it at home..”. I pay for my fiancée’s weekly membership and as soon as I asked for more professionalism due to us not receiving a copy of the contract when we’ve asked for it several times, they felt triggered. Big Red Flag in my experience with Customer Service. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and this is not a professional and an established business where they keep personal and private information secured or release it when asked. Please do your due diligence and read the contracts. Teresa there has been amazing. This is all “corporate” level twists and turns.

  This week I completed 800 workouts with Elevate! That says just how amazing Elevate is - the programs are comprehensive and challenging, offer flexibility and modifications when needed, and the environment is encouraging and just a lot of fun! For all of these reasons I keep coming back! Come join me!
