  What a wonderful experience! Deanne was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made me feel very important. Deanne has a passion for this business and it certainly shows in the work she does and how she treats her customers. Highly recommend her/Miracle Ear for any hearing analysis.

  My brother has been a client of Miracle Ear, Brainerd, for many years. He lost his hearing aid some time ago.Recently, I called twice (through their appointment center), left messages but needed got a call back. One of the people in the appointment center tried calling them twice for me and emailed them. No response. When I left the message I mentioned that he now had dementia so I hope that didn’t factor in to their lack of response. Today I got an email from them about a sale they’re having for their “valued customers” so I know he is still in their database. I have taken my business elsewhere.
