- DDDwightJan 6, 20263.0I am trying to switch over from another supply company and it has not been an easy transition. I provide info, don't hear anything for a week or 2 and go back in and am given more instructions that could have been relayed earlier. Came in today for my 3rd time for a status check and told I needed to supply something else to them. They have one more chance.

- PPPaula PflepsenSep 18, 20251.0Despite having a Physician Order for home oxygen, and completion of an overnight oxomitry test. This company failed in every aspect. They use a 3rd party to read the results! They failed to upload my test results to that 3rd party causing significant delays in my physicians order. The third part responded did twice upon the physicians inquiry that they did not have the results. Upon further inquiry by the physician to North Central Medical they essentially said the process would have to redone. It has been a month with no oxygen. Brainerd Medical Supply does not use a third party, and we're immediately responsive to the physician order. I would not recommend North Central for anyone.
