  Home Instead has provided both great service and exceptional staff, both in their offices and in my home, to support my improved living situation. Their "can do" outlook was of great benefit as they supported my continued growth toward learning to be confident while less able. They deployed and developed in me the outlook and attitude to become more able. This seems to be their prime directive with both recoveries and with supporting services during declining abilities. Home Instead is one of the keys toward better outcomes.

  Having continuous Home Instead support for over the last five years allowed my mother to stay in her own home independently until she was 97. She has now made the decision to move to assisted living. Angie, Heather, Katelin, Kim and other now retired care givers were more than professional and accommodating with their support and care for my mother. She at times was not the easiest person to support as she would constantly change her mind about desired shifts and what she would or would not allow for support. Everyone was patient, professional and focused on giving her the best care to stay at home throughout all these demands. Angie and Heather also relayed unbiased updates about my mother when other family members may not have recognized her changes in mood or health. Without Home Instead support, my mother would not have safely remained in her own home this long. I highly recommend this team to support a family member as their mission is to keep loved ones in the home safely and as long as possible. For our family, this mission and goal was achieved.

  The people that work here are simply amazing. They did wonders to help me and my family care for my mom before she passed. The go beyond what a family member can do at times. It's difficult to explain to people who have not gone through this with parents. I couldn't be more thankful for the loving and caring people they have on staff.
