  Valerie Christina's place is super welcoming and cozy! I was nervous about the acupuncture needles, but she was really patient and explained everything beforehand. The acupuncture mixed with the Tibetan singing bowls was so relaxing and healing. It felt more personal than a clinic, and I enjoyed checking out the items she was selling. Valerie made me feel safe and the singing bowls were a great addition to the acupuncture. I left feeling so grounded and relaxed, and I can't wait to go back!

  Valerie Christina is truly gifted. Her combination of acupuncture and Tibetan singing bowl therapy creates a deeply relaxing and healing experience. Her space is serene and quiet. No hustle and bustle of a busy clinic which I really appreciated. Her calming presence makes you feel relaxed and cared for from the start. Valerie took the time to understand my needs and customizes the session with intention and skill. I booked the 90 minute acupuncture and sound therapy - and will be back! When it comes to the acupuncture, Valerie was gentle, attentive, and highly skilled. She takes the time to really listen and understand not just your physical symptoms, but the emotional and energetic patterns that might be behind them. I liked getting a doorbell if I needed anything while they sat and I could relax in private knowing I could reach her if needed. The session felt like a true collaboration in my healing journey. Valerie’s presence alone is incredibly grounding - and it was showcased with the singing bowls - that I was surprised to find the vibrations both powerful and subtle. I definitely recommend it for deep relaxation to complete the acupuncture!
