They try to get everyone to pay out of pocket so they can get more money. They told me their computer system was down all day, yet didn’t bother to call and let me know at all. My appointment was at 4:30pm so they had all day to send out some kind of heads up via call/text but they didn’t. Again, this is a scheme to make everyone pay out of pocket and they have tried it on me 3 TIMES NOW. This experience has poisoned the entire store for me and I’ll never come here for anything ever again.

He has assisted me when ordering contacts and glasses, as well as any time I have called about a torn contact he ensures they have a spare in stock and that I can pick them up. Jason is SUPER helpful and friendly every time I have gone in or called. I definitely will be returning and continuing to go here for all my optical needs!!
