Despite that, I was told to reschedule and was turned away without any attempt to accommodate me. If I am taking time out of my day and traveling to see a doctor, I expect at least a basic level of understanding and common decency. The front desk staff came off as rude and seemed almost eager to deny the appointment rather than help. It felt like a power trip instead of patient care. I will not be returning here and would not recommend this place to anyone. One star, and I would give lower if that were an option.
