  The Miracle Ear staff are very professional and extremely helpful. The receptionist is friendly & patient. She assisted with insurance questions efficiently. Most importantly during my elderly father’s hearing exam, the audiologist created a pleasant & caring atmosphere. Before our final purchase and while waiting for my father’s hearing aide order to arrive, they provided him with hearing devices to make his life more pleasant. 💕 My elderly father’s experience with Miracle Ear exceeded our expectations. We sincerely appreciate everything they did for us! We look forward to working with them at future appointments.

  I had received several mailings offering a free hearing test, and I took them up on it. A two hour appointment was scheduled in case I would be interested to learn about hearing aid options based on my results. Matt tested me Word Recognition, Tones, and Decibels, and then we reviewed the results in a detailed chart. As a professional linguist, I was impressed by the chart, which detailed results in vowels, consonants, and volume. It contrasted the normal English speech range with what I am able to hear. I asked more questions about these details than the average visitor, but the allotted time provided for that. Upon my request, Matt was able to print me an additional chart showing where the individual speech sounds of English appear on the chart. I also learned about the importance of correcting hearing loss sooner rather than later and its connection to delaying the onset of dementia. In the end, I want you to know that their offer of a free hearing test is completely legitimate and FREE. If you or your family members have concerns about your hearing, please DO take Miracle Ear up on their offer to conduct your test and explain your results. If you wish to explore hearing aids as a result, they will also assist you in understanding any coverage your insurance might provide.
