What I found out: Not the cheapest (I'm going to look at them as an investment), and their aids (well very good), don't really stand out from the rest. Most important, I found out the level of customer service/attention was amazing. Kate treated me in a very professional, competent, and caring manner. The hearing aids have cost me a fair amount of money. If the level of service continues to be what I've experienced, I think I will have made a very good investment.
