    The pharmacy and/or Kroger system is broken. I have a set prescription and almost every time I call the phone system for renewal. It tells me your prescription will be ready after 11am or after 2pm. 9 times out of 10 if my wife stops out at 4pm the prescription is not ready and it will be another 1/2hr. I think most customers would be fine with the legit time being being offered of 4:30/5pm. But most customers are not a fan making special trips to have to make another later. 1/2 after 11am ok, 4.5hrs after 11am is a certain level of incompetency or mismanaged. Update - stopped out to pick up my subscription. Traditional hours have been modified to new posted hours of 7pm. I show up at 605pm with 3 staff behind. The gentlemen behind the counter says they close at 6pm today. I point out the sign that clearly says 7pm. Rather than providing a little customer service and honoring the posted hours they refused to support my pick up. I could not recommend this pharmacy until something changes.

    Very poor service from this pharmacy. I wrote a prescription for a patient and they sent my patient away without bothering to call me because the date was not filled out. They told my patient I needed to fill in the date and initial. Silly, but OK. I did just that and they still refused to fill the prescription. Why? I used a different color ink. Go around the corner to CVS. Much more professional and quicker to boot!
