He could've just helped me and pushed the prescription through but he argued about it with attitude and I had to return 3x before he gave it to me. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I get back the store is closed and its y medication. This is ridculous and I am NEVER going back to this pharmacy again. Now I am OUT of medication x and you are all acting clueless. I even ASKED to have medication x refilled.

She literally had to ask the associate 5 times to show her we’re a COVID test kit was. I’m disgusted by this Kroger pharmacy associates actions or lack of..especially to our elders. He also seemed annoyed at everyone and really didn’t look like he wanted to be there. I’ll be transferring to a new pharmacy. I will also he contacting Kroger corporate and reporting the associate. I hope he gets disciplined.
