Jason, I believe his name was, walked me through the ingredients in some of the focus geared supplements. He was patient and humble when giving direction, and guided me toward a pre workout supplement (Woke AF apple spice). It tastes especially good with black cherry juice (for the lactic acid) and he gave me a good deal that I wasn't qualified for. I genuinely appreciate that more than ever right now. That stuff brought me the momentum to get out of bed and through the mental fog. Thank you for reading. Also, if you're in the same boat with the RX shortages, I would look into L-Tyrosene as well. GNC happens to be the only brick and mortar store that I have yet to find the stuff in, as well.
