  my doctor was really nice but this place is just a scam go to an actual allergy specialist i found out i don’t have 30 something allergies like this place told me I only have a couple. they had me do allergy treatment that doesn’t get covered by insurance since i did the drops thank god because it didn’t do anything since I didn’t even have those allergies. thankfully i didn’t put myself through the pain of shots but still the hundreds of dollars wasted and when i reached back out i never got a response i called i emailed more than 5 times. it has been almost 4/5 months and still nothing she i am actually in need of an ent not even allergy stuff just an ent. and no response don’t go to this scam just a waste of time and money unfortunately and i regret spending money here. as well as they scheduled my appointment for different locations such as hastings without informing me and when i showed up receptionist was so rude there’s just so much wrong with this place it damn near gives malpractice suit.

  Crappy overseas call center making it impossible to schedule a follow up after my horrible experience with subpar allergy testing.

  My 17 month old has a speech delay and this team has been very helpful and kind to us. My son loves the fish in their waiting room, too!

  The employees in allergy are always very nice and personable. However! I am NOT a fan of making an appointment to get a shot. I live in Byron Center and work in Lowell M-F so it was so much easier to pop in before work. Now I can’t do that. In fact I had to leave work early to come to my appointment. I get a shot every other week, except when allergies are bad, then I come weekly. And I’m only going to be able to leave early so many times to get to an appointment from Lowell.

  I would give 5 stars, but I can't and I'll explain why. First off, I think Dr. Mistry did a great job and I'm happy with my septorhinoplasty. I also enjoyed meeting with everyone in the office and I thought Hayley was great. I'm knocking off 1 star because of the surgery facility he uses. West Michigan Surgical Center in Zeeland is a scam. I spent many months planning this surgery and a few days nailing down the cost between the facility and my insurance company. The bill came in significantly higher than they quoted me and the cpt code that should be billed with a modifier they are now claiming they cannot do. If you read this and are planning on having a surgery, I would look for a surgeon who uses another facility. If you do use Weet Michigan Surgical Center just beware your bill will most likely come in a lot higher and the quote they give you is meaningless.
