    Look for ENT services elsewhere. If you call for an appointment you will be waiting months and if you are unable to get an ENT appointment elsewhere you may have to deal with pain or other issues for months before even seeing a doctor.

    We really love our doctor here, however we are extremely frustrated as the online portal will not work to pay the bill and states to contact the office, however when contacting the billing office it goes to voicemail and they don’t call you back.

    My 92 yesr father had purchased his hearing aids from this company several years ago and was very happy with their service. This time, however, was a very different story. We drove all the way from Plainwell, waited 15 minutes, only to be told that they couldn't assist him because they no longer accept his insurance. As a previous customer, with existing records on file, why couldn't that have been verified prior to his appointment. This is horrible service.
