  I would give 5 stars, but I can't and I'll explain why. First off, I think Dr. Mistry did a great job and I'm happy with my septorhinoplasty. I also enjoyed meeting with everyone in the office and I thought Hayley was great. I'm knocking off 1 star because of the surgery facility he uses. West Michigan Surgical Center in Zeeland is a scam. I spent many months planning this surgery and a few days nailing down the cost between the facility and my insurance company. The bill came in significantly higher than they quoted me and the cpt code that should be billed with a modifier they are now claiming they cannot do. If you read this and are planning on have surgery, I would look for a surgeon who uses another facility. If you do use Weet Michigan Surgical Center just beware your bill will most likely come in a lot higher and the quote they give you is meaningless.

  I was terrified about a nasal scope pre septoplasty surgery but Dr. Cameron and his team assured me it wasnt mandatory. They were wonderful and made me feel very reassured about my upcoming surgery.

  Long wait time of more than 20 minutes, no handicap door entry buttons/switched, and narrow door/access. Those were the negatives of the visit. The positives, were many and substantial. I’ll start with the highlights: The staff was patient, caring, respectful, and responsive. They were helpful in scheduling future visits, and billing. My provider was also responsive, listened to my questions, and discussed my last visit. After treatment, my provider discussed remedies, and provided options available for me ranging from pharmaceutical, to over the counter, to homeopathic remedies/treatments, which was good to know. I had a multitude of options available to me, to find out what was best until my next appointment. I am able to find effective and affordable solutions. If the negative feedback above are corrected, it would be easy to rate GR ENT a solid 5 stars!

  Very impressive hearing exam as she tested for the normal range of hearing plus if I had fluid inside my ears, which I did. In addition she checked for normal hearing by having me listen and repeat works. Highly recommend her along with the GR ENT practice associated. Dr. Mistry is phenomenal he actually corrected the fluid in my ears, found from the hearing exam, it the office that day. His concern with my cancer just shows how much he cares for his patients.

  Dr Devin Mistry ENT specialist is one of not the best ENT in the USA his staff notably Armina E and Rx fillers and billers are a team In mine word superlative. If you have an ent get a second opinion as Dr Mistry has forgotten more than most ent’s know. Trust your health to the best of the best here plz recognize them verbally written and monetary all professional all promotable.
