  I can’t say enough great things about Great Lakes Health, Wellness & Aesthetics. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. Dr. Ann Abrahamson is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to truly listen and understand your goals. You never feel rushed, and her attention to detail really shows in the results. Jenna and Elaina are awesome — both are friendly, welcoming, and make every visit comfortable and enjoyable. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident and well taken care of. RN Shannon is fantastic as well — professional, skilled, and incredibly personable. She makes you feel at ease right away and clearly cares about delivering the best possible experience and results. The entire team creates such a positive and relaxing environment. If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise with a personal touch, I highly recommend Great Lakes Health, Wellness & Aesthetics!

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Swamplay and his entire team, especially Dawn in the office. From start to finish, they went completely above and beyond for me during a very painful time. I was dealing with significant pain and needed my procedure done as soon as possible, and both Dr. Swamplay and Dawn truly made that happen. Dawn worked tirelessly, even after hours, to get approval from my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to cancel my ablation. That level of dedication, compassion, and work ethic is so rare and incredibly appreciated. Dr. Swamplay was equally outstanding and so was his technician, Shannon. He was not only skilled and professional, but also genuinely caring and understanding of what I was going through. I felt heard, supported, and in very capable hands throughout the entire process. Because of them, I was able to begin my journey to getting some relief without unnecessary delays. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of care. Thank you both for going the extra mile, it truly made all the difference.
