They have not had a personal trainer now for at least 15 months - so no classes, no guidance, but the same charge. A woman who said she was the manager (and was not especially polite) told me it’s because it’s ‘hard to find someone good enough.’ Hard to believe that if the will and good salary were really there, a competent and fully certified person could not have been found within a year. To add insult to injury, they insisted on charging me an extra month because I cancelled my membership only 4 days before the next billing cycle. On a positive note, I will say that the regular staff is very friendly and the gym is very clean.
