Edit: 06/2024 I am NOT happy right now with this pharmacy. When I started going there, their drive thru was broken. So... I went before closing last night, since the drive thru had been fixed, and hit the "call" button. Nothing. Hit it again 2 more times. NOTHING. Not even a "We will be right with you" automated response, like every other pharmacy has. I had my dogs with me, because I assumed I wouldn't have to get out of my car. After zero response for 3-4 minutes, I assumed the drive thru was broken again and no one had put a sign out to warn people. Oh, and it was my last day to pick up my script. I reviewed a text at 10 am telling me to make sure I picked it up. I got there about 7:40. They close at 8 pm. So... I had to leave my dogs in the car and run inside like a crazy person because it was muggy and hot outside. The girl working told me she heard the call button, but was busy, so didn't respond. What?! Why wouldn't you at LEAST say "I'll be right with you!" or something, so I know that you at least know I am there? Don't just ignore people. Ugh... So... Then she tells me I have no medications filled and waiting. I had 2. It wasn't even the last day for one of them. She told me that they put it back around 6. WHY? Why would you tell me to make sure I come to get it by that deadline date, but NOT tell me that you are short staffed, so you put it back hours before closing? No, I didn't answer your calls, because I have it all on text. Just says pick up before closing. So, because you are "short staffed" and don't wanna stay an extra 15 min after closing to put meds away, you do it hours early, so when the person DOES show up B4 closing, it's unavailable? It was a medication I badly needed, also. I am thinking about switching all my meds to another pharmacy. One that doesn't text me one thing, but do something different. And get an automated response for your drive thru. It's not hard... Or make sure you acknowledge people with a quick response. You can't just ignore people because you are busy, and leave them sitting there in limbo. Friendliest staff. Rani is so kind and takes his time to talk to you and help. Only negative is the drive thru doesn't work. Edit: as of Jan 2024, the drive thru now works! Again, such a friendly staff. Have not met a bad person yet. Highly recommend ❤️

A one hour eta turned into 4 hrs and we're never called to let us know it was ready. I called to find out myself. Time sensitive antibiotics that took way too long to be useful with first dose given by the doctor with instruction to take 2nd dose asap. Update Maria called and helped out enormously. Still won't use again but I increased my rating from 1 to 3 because of her taking time to call will a helpful solution.
