Remember you're dealing with patients you don't talk to them like kids I will never go there ever. I've been to CVS, Walgreens etc... I never see something like this before . Imagine my whole family and friends shopping there everyday negativity ,nasty from theses indians. Kroger you can do better.

They could not explain why their automated system was not working or why they couldn't find the 3 prescriptions they sent a message (compete with prescription number) saying were ready except to blame the system. No offer to help or reach out to my doctor just nastiness and blaming everyone but themselves. Useless and waste of time go to another pharmacy. Update: Just found out they have the prescriptions there already filled. The ones they said they never received from my doctor.
