  Victor my trainer is so good at what he does. I have seen amazing changes in my balance and stamina in just four weeks! Staff is very professional and facility is very clean. So much great equipment to try! Would highly recommend

  I think this gym offers the customer service and amenities of a premium fitness club along with outstanding trainers. The price is a quarter of the premium clubs. The group fitness classes are excellent. Christine was very helpful with my membership! I recommend this club. I will be attending the 4th ranked physical therapy program in the country per US News and World Reports.

  This gym is amazing and the women’s only section is great. The staff is so helpful and welcoming I will miss coming here.

  New to the gym… signed up in novi… got a free trainer set up… then he canceled… ok cool whatever… came here and got some great training with conner … i forgot his name actually… then i wanted to sign up for tanning… while signing the waiver, that’s totally unnecessary and can get added into the BS we sign when signing up, a guy jumped in front of me which makes no sense … and short man with the red shirt was extra annoyed from me asking about tanning “it’s the same as novi”… ok well borris or whatever your name is, im new to the GYM… why’s a question making you mad? Take a vacation bro. And then AFTER waiting for 12 minutes or whatever for the other man to get done tanning another guy jumped in front of me for tanning… room is overheating and now we need to wait after every person for tanning… guy at the front said we had like 6 people request tanning back to back to back… why does planet fitness and crunch fitness have MORE THAN ONE tanning bed??? Seems pretty basic and minimal right? And where’s the system to make a line to prevent this from happening again? First impression is NOT GOOD

  I absolutely love this gym. It's always very clean, and the statt are all amazing and helpful. There's a great variety of machines and the classes are fantastic. I especially want to give a shout-out to Kristien. I had an issue with my bill, and without hesitation she helped me resolve it and took care of everything. Her customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place!
