- TLT LOct 24, 20251.0This location removed all of their Arc Trainer Machines. The elliptical machines they have remaining only move the legs, not the arms. The new equipment seems like a downgrade. Major disappointment. Also, the manager with the dreads has a nasty attitude. Poor customer service.

I specifically want to go out of my way to mention Jacob, who works at the front desk and who helped me with a problem I had recently with my locker. He really went above and beyond and deserves to have the recognition. He was really kind, patient, and went out of his way for me! I highly recommend Jacob!
