  Been going here for years . My child has a planters wart for the last 7 months. Treatment has not worked. Office visits are 40$ per visit. Get charged every time we go. Sooo $280 in office visits and getting bills in the mail over $400… this is a $700 wart that the treatment still hasn’t fixed… could’ve gone to cvs for over the counter but my child has had precancer twice in the past, which is why we go there. I’ve asked multiple times for a review of the bills and some assistance with the cost. I feel they should stand by their treatment and that it shouldn’t take 7 months to get rid of a wart. Very disappointed. When the kids would have doctor appointments, the follow up appointment was always free. This feels like a money squeeze. I’m super disappointed

  They got me in extremely quickly compared to other derm offices in the area. Office staff were extremely kind and helpful. Dr Chelsea Luther is also an incredible and knowledgeable doctor- she listened to me, was very kind and personable, addressed my concerns and offered a solution that I was happy with. I highly recommend.

  I had a very pleasant experience on my last visit to my Dermatologist office. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know. His assistant was very helpful and caring. Overall my visit was 5 star.

  Everyone I have come into contact with at Canton Dermatology has been very professional, considerate, caring and understanding. They explained what they felt the best plan was for me and completely answered all my questions. I have seen Stephanie twice here and I can’t thank her enough for her understanding, patience and concern. I am so glad I found them and found Stephanie.

  I wasn’t going to write this, but the experience keeps replaying in my mind. My husband had a 1:30 appointment, and we arrived at 1:15. While we waited, there was a patient who had a 1:00 appointment and was still waiting at 2:00. No one from the front desk communicated with him or explained the delay. He eventually left, very upset, and no one made any attempt to calm or assist him. Then at 2:15, my husband went up to the desk to ask about his appointment. It takes a lot for him to lose his patience, but he did and when I went to see what was going on, the staff were laughing, clearly not helping. The blonde woman behind the counter even stood up and said, “Just because the other guy left yelling doesn’t mean you need to do the same,” while laughing. I was honestly shocked. I work in customer service, and this kind of behavior stopped me in my tracks. There were about four women behind the desk, and not one of them tried to de-escalate or show any empathy. To be fair, the managers did listen when I spoke with them, and my husband’s surgeon was absolutely amazing—which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. But the front desk staff’s customer service was a 0. They need serious training in professionalism, communication, and compassion. Simply checking in with patients after long waits or explaining delays would make a huge difference. And please-don’t laugh when people are upset. It makes a bad situation so much worse.
