  Nicole is an amazing hypnotist!!! I saw immediate results after first session I quit my lovely prosecco in one day…no cravings I see improvements with my sleep and my mind is in good mood…..,no “popcorning” brain anymore I am in peaceful state of mind! I love it!

  After 26 years, I can finally swallow pills for the first time in my life. I have tried every type of therapy and self-work imaginable to overcome this, with no success. After doing research on hypnotherapists in my area, I decided to consult with a few—and MTU Hypnosis changed everything. After just 2 online (Zoom) sessions, I was able to swallow pills. I was skeptical of hypnotherapy in general, and even more unsure about doing it online, but being able to stay in the comfort of my own home actually helped me relax more. I cannot thank Nicol enough for her work with me. This experience truly changed my life, and I would recommend MTU Hypnosis 1,000 times over.
